Davis & Towle Insurance Group Announces Acquisition of Allied Insurance Agency
Merger of Allied and Davis & Towle
CONCORD / BOW, NH – Davis & Towle Insurance Group, headquartered in Concord, NH with 14 locations across the state, is pleased to announce their recent acquisition of Allied Insurance Agency in Bow, NH. With this acquisition, Davis & Towle has also announced the merger of Allied with Davis & Towle.
As a result of the merger, the Allied Insurance name will sunset as they assume the Davis & Towle name and move to Davis & Towle’s Concord location at 115 Airport Rd. The Allied phone number remains the same: 603.224.5394.
At Davis & Towle, Allied clients will find the same friendly staff they’ve been depending on for years, as David, Wendy, Sandi, and Alicia all join the Davis & Towle team, continuing to serve their clients’ insurance needs. This continuity means clients’ histories with Allied will be preserved, while also giving them access to the broader expertise and resources Davis & Towle provides.
